The cheese factory operates under the HACCP system and is certified per FSSC 22000 while its Protected Designation of Origin products are certified by Agrocert. Its organic products are TUV certified.

Milk and the products produced are checked daily in the private laboratory at the company facility.

The company aims towards long-term collaboration with farmers selected on the basis of the quality of milk they produce.
