Soft cheese in brine made from pasteurised goat milk, aged for at least 2 months. Its slightly sour taste in combination with the low fat, make it an excellent light healthy accompaniment of the Mediterranean diet, which includes all the valuable ingredients of goat’s milk.

  • 250 gram to 500 gram pieces, vacuum packed
