Mystakelli Cheese Factory operates under the HACCP system and is certified per FSSC 22000 while its Protected Designation of Origin products are certified by Agrocert. Its organic products are TUV certified.


We continue the tradition started in 1962 by Stratis MYSTAKELLIS in his traditional cheese factory, which was later expanded by his son Giannis.
